The Module Rollerball Pen translates the labor-intensive process of curating concrete into a unique piece of rare design for writing tools in the market. The barrel is a miniature version of a fair-faced concrete surface, including its dividing lines and screw holes. The stainless steel cap narrows at the top to achieve a fusiform or spindle shape, which celebrates the tradition in the construction of creating curved surfaces through the use of geometric planes.

22STUDIO artists process each piece to ensure that the Béton brut design, usually reserved for architecture, is accurately preserved in each piece. It takes 14 days, like red wine, for each one to be complete with its distinctive patterns and textures. No two pieces are alike.

22STUDIO writing instruments are equipped with Germany’s SCHMIDT Technology parts almost exclusively. From nibs, pistons, and cartridges, these are the best available components for solid, reliable performance.
